I use Maxthon browser and it starts every time when I turn on my computer. It is not in the windows startup folder.
How I disable loading IE at startup?web browser
Go to 'Start' Choose "Run" type in "msconfig".
Then a Dos windows will pop up. choose 'Startup" tab, unclick the browser box.
