Rt click the IE icon choose properties, Internet optios will appear click on Security %26amp; set security level to default. Now click on advanced and in opening window click restore default and than click OK, you are done.

try lowering your security settings if this don't work go to your firewall and make sure port 443 is open as this is the port used for secure transmission instead of port 80 for http tranmission. Also go to tools/ internet options/ advanced and scroll down to the security topic and make sure ssl2.0 and tsl1.0 boxes are checked. hope this helped.
