What does this IE error message mean?

Whenever I shut down my computer for the day, an error screen pops up:



ieexplorer.exe-Application Error



The instruction at "0x62304390" referenced memory at "0x62304390", The memory could not be "read". Click on OK to terminate the program



Any ideas as to what this is referring to, and how I can eliminate this screen?
