Can't get connected ,ie & fire -fox, using xp pro,could be it be virus or registry problem

i am using dual boot,seen to work fine then ,hard drive got booting problem,used sys restore also cannot solve,pls help ???anyone.thks

Try some of these :

+ Check your firewall to allow IE and FF

+ Scan your computer with up-to-date Antivirus program+Spyware

+ Reinstall your moderm driver/check you cable,modem,your ISP (Did you pay for Internet bill ? :)

+ You're using dual OS ? boot to other OS and try to connect

+ Reinstall Windows

+ Call for support of an Computer Care Service
